Halloween movies, scary stories, crafts, recipes, decorations. Any suggestions?
Hello. I am very interested in the Halloween holiday and love the month of October. I like to celebrate the month by reading scary stories, watching scary movies, and baking Halloween treats and dinners, and i am interested in creative Halloween decoration ideas. Especially home made ones (= I also have a 4 year old son who i would like to do some Halloween crafts with so i am looking for some Halloween craft ideas also. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. I would like to get at least 25-30 Halloween movie suggestions if possible. Any suggestions at all regarding Halloween would be greatly appreciated! Thank you. =D
Spiky Candy Corn Cupcakes
Ingredients
1 can white frosting
Yellow food coloring
1/2 dozen store-bought un-iced vanilla cupcakes
1 large bag yellow, orange, and white candy corn
Directions
In a bowl stir together the white frosting with enough yellow food coloring to match the color of the bottom of the candy corn. Ice the cupcakes with the yellow frosting.
Starting from the center and working your way outwards in a circular pattern, put the candy corn on the icing of each cupcake.
Arrange the cupcakes on a platter and serve.
Black Cloud Cocktail
Ingredients
1/2 cup orange soda
1 cup orange juice
1 shot orange liqueur
2 shots black vodka
2 peppermint sticks
2 licorice wheels
Directions
In a small pitcher or 2 cup measuring cup combine the orange soda, orange juice and orange liqueur. Divide evenly between 2 martini glasses. Hold a teaspoon measure upside down over the glass, slowly pour a shot of black vodka on top of the orange juice mixture so that is floats on top, creating a layered effect. Repeat with second drink. Garnish with a peppermint stick and/or a licorice wheel
