Do I need a business license/permit?

I just started an at-home business, making hair accessories and bows, and I needed to know if I need a permit. I do plan on selling at a few craft shows and they dont require this. I do have a tax ID number though. Im in Texas if that matters. Thanks in Advance!!

Go to the Small Business Association website and look up your state. It will tell you if you have to have a city and/or county license. In general, though, anytime a product is concerned, you do need a license.

Making Craft Hair Bows
I am trying to get steps on how to make a hair bow that I can print out please.?

I have been trying to make hair bows for my two daughters and it just isn’t working out. I have looked at several different craft stores and cannot find anything. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

when my daughter was young- i made several barretts that i had bought -plain- and decorated them by gluing ribbon onto them or tying ribbons to dangle , there was a fad where barrettes with balloons were tied on which was really cute. use your imagination- you can do this yourself without help,
